Acceptance of inquiries

Submitting a contact form or email does not create an auditor–client relationship. We may decline engagements for conflict, capacity, or independence reasons.

Intellectual property

Site text, visual design, and brand marks belong to Meridian Audit Atelier or their respective owners. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written consent. Engagement deliverables remain subject to the licensing terms in the engagement letter; unless stated otherwise, memoranda are for the named client’s internal use and designated supervisors or diligence recipients.

Accuracy of site content

We aim to keep rates, scopes, and process descriptions current, but website materials may change without notice and do not constitute a professional opinion on any specific control environment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For contracted engagements, liability caps and exclusions are defined in the engagement letter and prevail over these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
